Terms of Service

Plain-language terms for using DiviVault — the website, the free plugin, and any paid membership. We’ve kept the legalese to a minimum. If anything here is unclear, ask us.

Last updated: Friday July 17th 2026

These terms apply to the DiviVault website, the free DiviVault plugin, and any paid membership.

1. Agreement

DiviVault is a product by Karobar Solutions LLC , Wyoming, USA. In these terms, DiviVault, we, us, and our mean Karobar Solutions LLC. You means the person or business using the site, the plugin, or a membership.

By installing the DiviVault plugin, creating an account, or buying a membership, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree with them, don’t use the service.

2. The service

DiviVault is a copy-paste library for Divi 5. You find a section, copy it, and paste it into your own Visual Builder as native, editable Divi modules. No JSON download. No import screen.

The free DiviVault plugin gives you an unlimited personal cloud library — your own layouts, sections, and snippets, synced across your sites, with one-click import in the Visual Builder.

A paid membership unlocks the premium library Copy button: 500+ Divi 5 sections across 50 categories, with new drops every month.

We may add, change, or remove sections and features as the product grows. Individual sections may be revised or retired over time.

3. Accounts

You need an account to sync your library and to use a membership. Keep your login details secure — you’re responsible for everything that happens under your account.

Give us accurate information and keep it current. One account is for one person or one business. Don’t share your login or let others sign in as you — see Acceptable use below.

4. Membership and billing

Memberships are billed annually.

  • Pro Personal — $59 for the first year, then $99 per year.
  • Pro Agency — $199 per year, covering unlimited client sites with priority support.

Your membership renews automatically each year at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal — it doesn’t refund the term you’re already in (see Refunds).

Prices are shown in USD. Taxes may apply depending on where you are.

5. Refunds

Pro memberships come with a 14-day refund window — but only before your first premium copy. Once you’ve copied a section from the premium library, the window closes, because you’ve already received the paid value.

Full details are in our refund policy.

6. Acceptable use

The premium library is licensed for your own Divi projects — and, on the Agency plan, your client sites. It is not licensed for redistribution.

You may not:

  • redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publish the premium library, or any part of it, as a standalone product or template pack;
  • share your account or membership access with anyone outside your business;
  • scrape, bulk-download, or automate extraction of the library;
  • use the service to build a competing library or marketplace.

Use DiviVault to build sites. Don’t use it to rebuild DiviVault.

7. Intellectual property and license

DiviVault — the website, the plugin, and the premium library — is owned by Karobar Solutions LLC and protected by copyright. A membership gives you a license to use the premium sections in your projects. It doesn’t transfer ownership of the library itself.

What you build with those sections is yours. For our services work, your code is yours the moment it’s delivered. Full license terms are in our license terms.

8. Third-party

Divi is a trademark of Elegant Themes, Inc. DiviVault is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Elegant Themes.

DiviVault works with Divi but is a separate product with separate terms. Your use of Divi itself is governed by Elegant Themes’ own terms.

9. Termination

You can stop using DiviVault and cancel your membership at any time from your account.

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms — for example, by redistributing the library or sharing accounts. If we do, we’ll aim to tell you why.

When access ends, your right to copy from the premium library ends too. Anything you’ve already pasted into your own sites stays where it is — you just lose access to copy more.

10. Disclaimers and liability

DiviVault is provided as is and as available. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every use.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost profits, lost data, or downtime on your sites.

Some places don’t allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. When we make a material change, we’ll update the date at the top and, where it matters, let account holders know.

Continuing to use DiviVault after a change means you accept the updated terms. If you don’t agree, cancel and stop using the service.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of jurisdiction.
