Is the Free plan really free?
Yes, free forever. The Free plan is your own unlimited cloud library: save your layouts, sections, modules and code snippets and sync them across every site you build. It is the part Divi Cloud charges for, given away with no item cap. No card required.
Is there a refund on Pro?
Yes, with one honest condition. Every Pro plan has a 14-day refund, as long as you have not copied a premium section yet. If a section you copied turns out broken, we fix it or refund you regardless. Want to try before you buy? The whole workflow is free on the Free plan.
Can I use these on client sites?
Your own saved assets can go on any site, on every plan, including the ones you hand to clients. To use the premium library on client sites, the Pro Agency plan removes the limit entirely: unlimited client sites, no per-site fees, no extra licences to buy.
Do I need a Divi licence?
Yes. DiviVault sits on top of Divi 5, so bring your own Elegant Themes licence. We give you the library and the workflow; Divi gives you the builder. If you already build with Divi, you’re ready to go.
Can I cancel anytime?
Anytime, in one click from your account. There’s no lock-in and no contract. Anything you’ve already copied into your Divi Library stays there, they’re native Divi modules, so they’re yours to keep and edit.
What does the “launch price” mean?
DiviVault Pro is $99/year for your own sites. During launch it’s $59 for your first year, locked in the moment you subscribe. After the first year it renews at the standard $99/year, and you can cancel before then if you change your mind.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. Move from Free to Pro, or Pro Personal to Pro Agency, whenever you outgrow your plan, the change is prorated. Downgrading or cancelling is just as easy, and you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
