REFUND POLICY
Refunds, in plain words
14-day refund on Pro. Below is exactly when it applies, when it doesn’t, and how to ask.
Last updated: Friday July 17th 2026
1. The 14-day window
Bought Pro Personal or Pro Agency and changed your mind? If you have not copied a single premium item yet, you can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Email us from your account address and we’ll process it — no forms, no back-and-forth.
Two things have to be true: it’s within 14 days of purchase, and you have not made a premium copy. Both are easy to check on our end. Until your first premium copy, you’re free to walk away and get your money back.
2. After your first copy
Once you copy your first premium section, the refund window closes. Here’s why, plainly: a premium copy is irrevocable digital delivery. The section lands in your Visual Builder as native, editable Divi modules — it’s your code, on your site, the moment it’s delivered. There’s no way to un-deliver it, so the first copy is the line. Before it, you can change your mind. After it, the value has already changed hands.
There is one exception, and it stands whatever else this page says. If a section you copied turns out broken, we fix it or refund you regardless. A section that doesn’t work was never really delivered, so the first-copy line doesn’t apply to it. For EU consumers this is a right you can’t sign away.
This only affects the premium library. The free DiviVault plugin and your personal cloud library stay free, with or without a refund.
3. Renewals
Pro is billed annually. Before each renewal we send a reminder 7 days before so a charge never takes you by surprise. You can turn off auto-renewal any time from your account to stop the next charge.
If a renewal goes through by accident, email us within 14 days and with no premium copies made in the new term and we’ll refund it to your original payment method.
4. Services deposits
Our services work (brand customisation, custom child themes, on-demand components, full custom sites) starts with a brief and a fixed quote. Deposits and milestone payments follow the terms in your project agreement.
As a general rule: work already delivered is non-refundable, and a deposit covering scheduled, not-yet-started work is refundable up to 7 days before the start date, minus a booking fee. The exact terms live in your signed statement of work, which always takes precedence over this page.
5. How to request a refund
Email [email protected], from the email address on your account and include your order number. That’s all we need to find you.
Refunds are processed within 3 business days and returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take a few more days to appear on your statement.
6. Fair use
This policy assumes good faith, and nearly everyone acts in it. Repeated refund-and-rebuy cycles, sharing or redistributing premium sections, or copying a library’s worth of premium items and then asking for your money back are abuse of the window. In those cases we may decline a refund or close the account. We’d always rather talk it through first.

Still unsure? Ask before you buy.
We’d rather answer a question up front than process a refund later. Tell us what you’re building and we’ll tell you straight.
